North-East India’s powerful rebel group NSCN(IM) ( National Socialist Council of Nagaland, Isak Muivah) has recently declined “invitation” from Indian government for next round of peace talks. The Naga group declined on the ground that the peace talk invitation came from ministry of home affairs ( MHA) but not PMO ( Prime Minister’s Office) of Indian union government.
